The following cases are eligible for return or exchange:

・I received a different product than what I ordered

- Product defects (damage, dirt, etc.)

Please contact us by email or phone within 7 days of the product's arrival date.

We will inform you of the return shipping method (shipping costs will be covered by us).

After the return, we will exchange any items that are in stock, or refund any items that are not in stock.

(Please note that we cannot accept returns for products that are more than 7 days old.)

Regarding returns and exchanges due to customer reasons (different from what you expected, wanting to change to a different product, etc.)

・Products that have been used once

・Products that have been damaged or scratched by the customer

-Items that have been specially ordered or processed for customers
